How to Connect FluentAffiliate Pro with WooCommerce

Connecting FluentAffiliate Pro with WooCommerce is very easy because the plugin includes a native integration module. You do not need coding skills or third-party plugins like Zapier.

Here are the steps to connect them:

1. Enable WooCommerce Integration

1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to the FluentAffiliate menu in the left sidebar, then click the Settings tab in the top menu.
3. Select Integration Settings from the left-hand menu.
4. Find the WooCommerce logo in the list of available integrations and toggle the switch to ON to enable it.

2. Configure Commission Settings (Manage Settings)

Once the WooCommerce toggle is active, a Manage link will appear next to it. Click that link to configure your online store’s affiliate behavior:

• Default Commission Rate: Determine whether the commission is a percentage (e.g., 10%) or a fixed value (flat rate, e.g., $2) for each WooCommerce product sold.
• User Account Dashboard: You can check the option to display the affiliate dashboard directly within the user’s native WooCommerce My Account page.

3. Connecting WooCommerce Coupons (Optional)

If you want to track sales via coupons (without using referral links):

1. Create a standard discount coupon code under the WooCommerce → Coupons menu.
2. Go to FluentAffiliate → Affiliates and select the desired partner/affiliate profile.
3. Within their profile, link that WooCommerce coupon code to their account.
4. Whenever a buyer uses that coupon at checkout, the system automatically records a commission for that affiliate.

4. Product-Specific Settings (Custom Rate)

If you want to offer different commission rates for specific products (e.g., lower commission for expensive products, higher commission for cheaper products):

1. Go to the Products menu in WooCommerce and edit one of your products.
2. Scroll down to the Product Data section.
3. Locate the FluentAffiliate tab, then enter the specific commission percentage or fixed amount for that product.

Once saved, the FluentAffiliate Pro system will automatically track every purchase made via an affiliate link or coupon, calculate the commission, and display the details on both your dashboard and the affiliate’s dashboard.

How to Install Plugin

1. Please ensure that you download the .zip file from GPLShare
2. Before installing, you must first unzip the fluent-affiliate-pro-1.6.01-pack.zip file
3. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
4. Choose the .zip installer file and click Install Now
5. After installation, click Activate Plugin
6. Done! FluentAffiliate Pro is now active on your site

How to Activate License

Basically, the license credentials are not required, as they are only needed to receive updates. However, if you wish to activate the license, here are the instructions
